While I applied, I thought the payment would go out on the day that I chose, not the day I applied. When I received the phone call shortly after applying, which was very fast, and pleased me greatly with the speed and assurance I received, I was told kindly that I was mistaken, then given the choice to postpone, which helped me as I did not have the funds until the Monday after applying, so a more appropriate day was agreed to which I was phoned back to arrange payment.
